Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Saturday and Monday 2-10pm

Salary: $20-21 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support in a group living setting, following Individual Support Plans (ISP) to enhance quality of life for individuals with IDD.
Assist with daily living activities and skill-building exercises, promoting independence and personal development.
Maintain accurate documentation of activities and observations, ensuring comprehensive care.
Prioritize safety and well-being while fostering a positive environment for individuals.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing situations.
Successful completion of a level II background check.
